Jelly-Roll Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. lemon
    1 c. flour
    shake of salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Beat yolks until thick.
    Gradually add sugar and lemon, then stir in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Fold in flour, baking powder and salt (sifted together 5 times) alternately with cold water.
    Line a shallow pan (cookie sheet) with well-greased waxed paper.
    Pour mixture into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
