Chicken-Nut Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. walnuts
    1 lb. cooked chicken
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced crystallized ginger
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. white wine vinegar
    1/2 c. minced green onion
Preparation
    Process nuts and chicken until finely ground.
    Add mayonnaise, ginger, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar, blending well. Refrigerate to blend flavors.
    Serve with crackers or mold and frost with sour cream.
    Makes 3 cups.
