Corny Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. finely chopped jalapeno peppers
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. olive or veg. oil
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. frozen corn
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 green onions, chopped
Preparation

In large skillet saute red pepper, onion, jalapeno and garlic in oil until tender. Add rice, corn, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until heated through. Sprinkle with green onion.
