Deer Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground deer meat
butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/4 c. chopped celery
1 1/4 c. Uncle Ben's wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Brown deer, then saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
Mix all ingredients together and bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove cover and bake and additional 30 minutes. Serve with a side dish of broccoli.
