Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. dry powdered milk
    1 egg
    dash of salt
    sweetener
    cinnamon (to taste)
    nutmeg (to taste)
    1 slice bread
Preparation
    Put first 7 ingredients in blender and blend.
    Break bread into pieces and place in baking dish.
    Add mix from blender, pulling some pieces of bread to top.
    Sprinkle with additional nutmeg. Bake at 325\u00b0 until firm.
