Country-Fair Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
5 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
sugar
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 large eggs
4 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Preparation

Early in day or day ahead, preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In 9 x 2 1/2-inch spring-form pan, with hand, mix chocolate cookie crumbs, melted margarine or butter and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Press mixture onto bottom of pan.
