Sweet And Sour Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cucumbers
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. white vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel
    cucumbers.
    Slice thinly into large bowl.
    Sprinkle with the
    salt.\tLet
    stand for 1 hour.\tDrain and squeeze cucumber slices
    until
    fairly
    dry.
    In
    a\tsaucepan, combine vinegar, sugar,
    parsley and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Remove pan from heat and let cool.\tMarinate cucumbers in mixture for several hours and chill.
