Ham And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pastry shell
1 c. diced cooked ham
2 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 oz. grated Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Spread diced ham over bottom of pastry shell.
Sprinkle with cheeses, reserving 3 to 4 tablespoons for top of quiche.
Lightly beat eggs with a wire whisk.
Add half and half and seasonings; blend until smooth.
Set the pastry shell on a cookie sheet and carefully add custard mixture.
Sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
