Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices Italian bread (1/2-inch slices)
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    2 Tbsp. small capers, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
Preparation
    Drizzle 1 teaspoon of oil on each slice of bread. Bake 8 minutes or until brown at 375\u00b0. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon on bread. Serve at room temperature.
