Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 lb. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. melted butter
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except eggs.
    Then add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
    Pour in spring-form pan (lined with graham cracker crust mixture).
    Start in cold oven.
    When temperature reaches 325\u00b0, start timing.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Turn off oven and let cool overnight.
