Crusty Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    2 c. crushed Ritz round crackers
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Dip chicken pieces in margarine, then in mixture of cracker crumbs, sesame seed, salt and pepper.
    Place on foil lined shallow pan.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 servings.
