Turkey Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. turkey or chicken, cooked and cubed
    2 c. green onions
    1 1/2 c. tomatoes
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    corn tortillas
Preparation
    Mix together first 3 ingredients.
    Soak tortillas in tomato juice for 1 minute.
    Put turkey or chicken mixture in tortilla and roll, about 2 tablespoons.
    Put in greased casserole dish. Cover with sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
