Chocolate Layered Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cold milk
    2 pkg. (4 serving size) chocolate instant pudding
    1 tub (8oz.) Cool Whip (thawed)
    1 pkg. (12oz.) marble pound cake (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
    1/2 c. chocolate syrup
    4 pkg. (1.4oz. ea.) chocolate-covered English toffee bars (chopped
Preparation
    Pour milk into large bowl.
    Add pudding mixes.
    Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Gently stir in 2 cups of Cool Whip.
