Ritz Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 rolls Ritz crackers (low salt)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. cold milk
    9 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
    1 stick butter, softened
    2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
Preparation
    Crush crackers, butter and sugar in food processor.
    Pat into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Save small amount for the top.
