Marinated Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium cucumbers (sliced thin)
1 medium onion (rings)
2 c. carrots (sliced thin)
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Put vegetables in large shallow dish.
Pour mixture over vegetables.
Toss lightly.
Cover.
Chill 8 to 10 hours.
Drain. Serve in lettuce lined bowl.
Makes 6 servings.
