Crunchy Ham Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
    1/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    2 c. ground ham or Spam
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce or picante
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or peanuts
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
    (May use food processor.) Mix in
    next 5 ingredients.
    Chill for 1 hour or 2. Form into ball; roll in nuts.
    Serve with Ritz or wheat crackers. You may chop
    the
    ham in your food processor also. This is very popular
    at
    parties,
    especially
    at
    holidays. Serves 8 or 10.
