Apple Butter(Made In Oven) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 lb. apples (approximately 16 apples), core and cut in quarters
4 c. white sugar or 3 c. white sugar and 1 c. brown sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. cloves or 2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice

Preparation

Put all ingredients in roasting pan and cover.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
Stir several times to mix spices.
Put in blender, jar and seal.
