Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Mix salmon, salt, pepper, eggs and flour in bowl.
    Chop onions and add to bowl.
    Mix all ingredients well; roll into patties.
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Place salmon patties in skillet.
    Brown evenly on both sides.
    Serves 5.
