Natural Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    2 (12 oz.) frozen orange juice
    1 (12 oz.) frozen lemonade
    6 c. warm water
    4 c. sugar
    6 ripe bananas, mashed in blender
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar in warm water and add all the rest of the ingredients.
    Mix together and freeze in 6 (4-cup) containers (1/2 gallon jugs).
    When ready to serve, cut jug and put in punch bowl. Pour 1 (2-liter) bottle of ginger ale or Sprite per each 1/2 gallon bottle of punch.
    Serve.
