Cajun Shrimp Balls(2 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. chopped scallions
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
    1/2 lb. cooked, cleaned shrimp, chopped
    2 eggs
    2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    oil for deep frying
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan melt butter.
    Add parsley and scallions; cook 1 minute.
    Blend in flour.
    Stir in milk, salt and pepper sauce; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat and stir in shrimp.
    Shape into balls using 1 tablespoon mixture per ball.
