Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, unpeeled apples (McIntosh)
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. nonfat sour cream
1/4 c. plain, nonfat yogurt
Preparation

In
a
large
bowl,
toss
together the apples, celery, walnuts and raisins.
In
a
small\tbowl, gently stir in lemon juice, sour cream and yogurt, then fold the 2 mixtures together. Cover and chill.
Serves 4 to 6.
