Macaroni Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    onions
    mushrooms
    garlic and Italian seasoning to taste
    1 box macaroni and cheese
    1 qt. home canned tomatoes
    American Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef with the onions and mushrooms.
    Drain excess grease. Season with garlic and Italian seasoning to taste. Prepare the macaroni and cheese as directed on the box.
    Mix with beef and add the tomatoes.
    Pour ingredients into a square baking dish. Top with the cheese. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
