Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popcorn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. butter flavor
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 200\u00b0.
    Boil brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt in a saucepan 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add baking soda and butter flavor.
    Pour over popcorn and stir well.
    Spread on cookie sheet.
    Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Spread on wax paper and cool.
