Chicken And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stewing chicken
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    water
Preparation
    Place chicken and 1 teaspoon salt in a large kettle with enough water to cover.
    Bring to a boil, cover, then reduce heat and simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until chicken is tender and comes off bones easily.
    Remove from broth and cool.
    Remove chicken from bones.
    Keep broth simmering while preparing noodles.
