Parmesan Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn flakes, crushed to equal 1/2 c. flakes
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
12 oz. broad egg noodles, uncooked
1/4 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
Preparation

Mix corn flakes with cheese.
Set aside.
In large saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain thoroughly. Do not rinse.
In same sauce pan, combine drained, hot noodles with margarine and parsley.
Add cereal mixture and toss lightly. Serve immediately on warm platter.\tServes 8.
