Dessert Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Pillsbury sugar cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. oleo
fruit of your choice

Preparation

Put sugar cookie dough in sheet cake pan and roll out (this may take the patience of Job).
Cook as directed until golden brown.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and oleo and pour over baked and cooled \"cookies\".
You can top the cake with bananas, pineapple, strawberries, etc.
(I use 1 can of cherry pie filling.)
