Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, boiled in skins and cubed
    1/2 lb. bacon, crumbled
    1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed in bacon grease
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Combine bacon grease with onion.
    Pour over potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
