Sour Cream Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium cukes, peeled and sliced thinly
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation

Sprinkle cukes with salt.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Drain liquid off.
Add onions and vinegar.
Just before serving add sour cream. Yields 6 servings.
