German Style Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, cut in pieces
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 medium tomatoes (centers removed)
    2 1/2 c. frozen Southern style hash brown potatoes, thawed
    dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Cook and stir bacon, celery and onions until bacon is crisp; stir in sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, vinegar and the potatoes.
    Cook, stirring constantly 2 minutes.
    Remove centers from tomatoes. Spoon 1/3 cup potato mixture into each tomato cup.
    Place in ungreased baking dish.
    Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Top each tomato with dollop of sour cream.
    Bake 2 minutes longer.
    Serve immediately.
