Potato Moussaka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red potatoes
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick.
    Brush both sides with oil and place in single layer on cookie sheets.
    Bake 7 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
    Turn. Brush with oil and bake 8 more minutes or until tender.
