Grandma'S Potato Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. warm water
1/4 c. milk
1/4 Tbsp. salt
1/8 c. sugar
1/8 c. oil
1/2 egg
1/4 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix in order given except for water, yeast and flour.
Add yeast to warm water and set aside until foamy on top and add. Add flour to other ingredients.
Mix by hand.
Knead lots.
Set aside until doubled in size.
Punch down.
Let rise again until double.
Make rolls.
Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan side by side and let rise again.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Makes 12 rolls.
Takes 3 to 4 hours total time to prepare and cook.
