Granola - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rolled oats
1 c. raw wheat germ or wheat bran
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. dried fruit (such as raisins)
1/2 c. sesame seed or shelled sunflower seed
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. honey or molasses
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
Combine oats, wheat germ, seeds and cinnamon.
Mix the oil, honey and vanilla. Pour over oat mixture. Stir to coat evenly and spread in a large baking pan.
Bake for 60 minutes, stirring evenly every 15 minutes.
Break up large lumps and add the fruit and nuts.
Refrigerate.
