English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can small english peas
    1 tbsp butter or margarine
    1/4 c pimento
    3 eggs, boiled and sliced
    1 c shredded cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook peas in butter for a few minutes; drain. Layer 1/2 of peas, soup, pimento, eggs and cheese. Repeat with other half. Top with cracker crumbs the last 10 minutes of cooking time. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
