Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) grated Swiss cheese
8 slices crisp crinkled bacon
3 eggs
1 c. heavy cream
dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Sprinkle cheese and bacon into a pastry shell.
Beat other ingredients together and pour over cheese and bacon.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until firm.
