Simple Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thinly sliced chicken
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. La Choy soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 1/2 c. chopped vegetables (bean sprouts, water chestnuts and frozen pea pods
    1 tsp. each: garlic and fresh ginger
Preparation
    Put 1 cup La Choy sauce in a bowl.
    Combine chicken and cornstarch.
    Mix well.
    In large nonstick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil; stir-fry chicken until brown.
    Set aside.
    Heat remaining oil in pan; add vegetables, garlic and ginger.
    Add to chicken; toss to coat.
    Heat through.
    Serve with chow mein noodles.
