Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Grease bottom of tube pan and line with wax paper.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar with 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 1/2 cup chopped nuts (this is extra).
Sift dry ingredients several times.
Cream butter, sugar and eggs as for cake.
Stir in dry ingredients and vanilla. Stir in sour cream last.
Fill pan half full.
Sprinkle a little more than half of the cinnamon mixture over dough.
Pour remaining cake mixture and sprinkle rest of cinnamon over top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Cool in pan 15 minutes, then remove.
Freezes well.
