ground beef
onions
Ortega diced green chiles
grated cheese
Preparation

Place large flour tortillas on a baking sheet.
Top with ground beef, that has been browned with onions and Ortega diced green chiles.
Top with layer of grated cheese.
Place in broiler until cheese melts.
Cut tortillas into wedges; serve as an appetizer.
