Swedish Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 1/2 c. blanched almonds *
 
2 c. walnut halves
1 c. sugar
dash of salt
2 egg whites, beaten
1/2 c. butter
Preparation
- 
                            *To blanch almonds, pour boiling water over nuts and let sit about 3 to 5 minutes.
 
Drain.
Cover with cold water and slip skins off.
Dry on towel.
