Creamy Cheddar Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 2 c.)
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in milk. Add Cheddar cheese and red pepper, beating until well blended. Chill 1 hour.
    Serve as a spread on wheat and bran Triscuits wafers.
    Garnish with parsley.
