Hot Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    4 c. Pepperidge Fram herb stuffing mix
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    2 large onions, diced
    5 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cloves minced garlic
Preparation
    Cook spinach, drain and squeeze out liquid or let thaw and drain.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Freeze or refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes until golden brown.
    May also freeze after cooking.
