Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. chopped pecans
    1/2 lb. green cherries
    1/2 lb. red cherries
    1 lb. candied pineapple
    1/2 small bottle rum extract
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 large eggs
    4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix
    sugar and eggs; add flour, nuts, fruit and flavorings. Mix
    well.\tPress
    into
    greased
    tube
    pan.
    Bake\t15 minutes at 300\u00b0, then 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 275\u00b0.
