Chewy Cocoa Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour, cocoa and salt together.
    Cream butter and sugar (gradually add sugar).
    Add eggs and blend.
    Add sifted dry ingredients, vanilla and nuts.
    Spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan, greased.
    Bake at 325\u00b0
    for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool and cut into squares.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
