Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large sweet potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
4 Tbsp. butter
8 large marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Boil the sweet potatoes until tender.
Peel and mash.
Brown the butter and add to the potatoes.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing after each.
Put in greased baking dish and bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Place marshmallows on top.
Return to oven and brown lightly.
