Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    2/3 c. celery, finely chopped
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 to 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. lemon juice or vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cans condensed tomato soup
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Add
    onion, garlic and celery to cooking oil and brown. Add salt, lemon juice (or vinegar), mustard, sugars, Tabasco, pepper, Worcestershire and tomato soup.
    Cook on low fire for 10
    to
    15 minutes.

    3 pints.
    May be stored in freezer for unlimited time.
