Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and lightly dust with flour one (13 x 9 x 2-inch) pan.
    Pour boiling water over oatmeal and let stand 20 minutes.
    Cream oil, eggs and sugars together.
    Sift dry ingredients and add creamed mixture.
    Fold in oatmeal and raisins. Bake 30 minutes.
