Macaroni And Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. \"uncooked\" small elbow macaroni
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    2 to 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cook beef in large skillet until it loses redness; drain fat. Stir in water, uncooked macaroni, onion, peppers, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until macaroni is transparent.
    Add tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes with lid off.
