Microwave Roux - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. self-rising flour
    2/3 c. oil
    chopped onion, bell pepper, celery and green onions
Preparation
    Use a 4-cup microwave cup.
    Mix flour and oil.
    Microwave 6 minutes. Stir in all chopped vegetables, except green onions. Microwave on High 3 minutes. Add green onions.
    Microwave 2 minutes on High.
