Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sauerkraut, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 small jar pimento
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
Preparation

Mix.
Let stand in refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours or overnight. Will keep 2 weeks.
