Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pound shrimp, (peeled, deveined, and cooked)
    2 hard boiled eggs
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    10 green olives, sliced
    2 Tbsp. chopped white onions
    mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 cup cooked rice (optional)
Preparation
    Make sure shrimp is cleaned well.
    If the shrimp are large, cut in half.
    Chop egg and add to shrimp in large bowl.
    Add celery, olives and onions.
    Add enough mayonnaise to moisten.
    Mix in mustard and mix gently.
    You may add a little cooked rice if you don't have enough shrimp.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve chilled. Serves 4.
