Whole Wheat Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. tap water
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. shortening
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. honey
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. white flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Add shortening, salt and honey.
Work flours into mixture, kneading well.
Let rise until double.
Shape into rolls and let rise again.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 12 rolls.
